WEEKLY MEAL PLANNER Week 2    
  BREAKFAST LUNCH DINNER SNACK
Day 1 Start with water , take your supplements, eat a bar Chicken Pasta Soup with a spinach salad you can add boiled egg whites a couple of small tomatoes. 5-8 oz. Broiled or grilled Chicken breast, with Broccoli, onions and peppers with your salad. Take your supplements. Chocolate mint pudding or smoothie,blender mix chocolate mint packet, 8 oz  unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend til smooth
Day 2 Start with water , take your supplements,make chocolate chip pancake Nacho Pasta - salad with peppers, onions make sure you a have 2 cups 5-8oz grilled Pork Chop, Asparagus, Snow Peas and salad, take supplements Cran Grape drink 
Day 3 Start With water, take your supplements and eat a bar Beef with Pasta soup, spinach salad, with small tomatoes. 5-8 oz of baked or broiled Tilapia, with bell peppers and salad, take your supplements strawberry smoothie
Day 4 Start with water, take your supplements, Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal Spaghetti Bolognese… add dried Basil to this.. Broccoli and peppers with your salad 5-8 oz.Santa Fe Steak with aparagus and mushrooms. With your salad take your supplements Very Vanilla Pudding
Day 5 Start with water, take your supplements, have a bar Crema of Tomato soup add basil.. Tomato, onion and spinach salad 5-8oz.Baked Scallops with geen beans, and salad with cucumbers, take supplement packet. Pineapple Orange drink
Day 6 Start with water, take your supplements, have bacon and cheese omelet Nacho Pasta - salad with peppers, onions make sure you a have 2 cups 5-8 oz Grilled Veal Tenderloin swiss chard and mushrooms, salad and take your supplements Dark Chocolate pudding/shake
Day 7 Start with water, take your supplements, have Berry Crème Smoothie Vegetarian Chili, add salad, with peppers, onions, make sure to have 2 cups of veggies Mahi Mahi- with asparagus    take your supplements Grapefruit Drink
