smoothie,blender mix chocolate mint packet, 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup of crushed
ice. Blend til smooth |

your supplements,make chocolate chip pancake |
Nacho Pasta - salad with
peppers, onions make sure you a have 2 cups |
5-8oz grilled Pork Chop,
Asparagus, Snow Peas and salad, take supplements |

basil.. Tomato, onion and spinach salad |

geen beans, and salad with cucumbers, take supplement packet. |

Start with water, take your
supplements, have bacon and cheese omelet |
